Spikes and Seeds on Waller High School Field 1, Baytown Lee and Willis High School will result in an immediate ejection.

Flats only on the mound at Baytown Lee, no molded cleats.

No spikes until game time on grass fields.

No spikes or seeds allowed in any batting cages.

Possession of Spikes and/or Seeds/Shelled Snacks will result in an immediate ejection. This applies to coaches and spectators as well.

DIVISION FORMATS:

15U/16U: Two pool play games with the top team in each pool advancing to the bracket. Teams that do not advance will receive a consolation game.

17U/18U National: Three pool play games with the pool winners playing a championship game.

17U/18U American: Two pool play games with the top two teams in each pool advancing to the bracket. Teams that do not advance will receive a consolation game.

Tiebreakers:

1. Head to Head – If 3 teams are tied, head to head is thrown out unless 1 team has defeated both of the other teams that they are tied with.

3. Runs differential (max at 8 per game)

4. Runs scored

5. Coin toss
