There will be a daily admission fee of $5.
Game times - No new inning after 2 hours or 7 innings. Pool play/consolation games can end in a tie following the conclusion of 7 innings or if the game reaches the time limit.
Semi Finals - If 7 innings is completed before the time limit, extra innings will be played. If the game is still tied once the time limit has hit, teams will place their last batted out at 2nd base and the inning will start with no count and nobody out until there is a winner.
There will be no time limit on the championship game. Run rules are still in effect.
Run Rules - 15 runs after 3, 10 runs after 4, 8 runs after 5.
Game Balls will be provided.
Lineups
DH and/or EH is permitted - High school federation rules will apply. Teams are also permitted to roster bat - free defensive substitutions if roster batting.
Courtesy Runner
Courtesy runner is allowed for P/C at any time. If roster batting, last batted out. If not roster batting, then must use a substitute to courtesy run.
Balks
High School federation rules will apply.
Bats
-3 BBCOR or wood bats are permitted.
Pitching Rules
There are no innings or pitch count limits for pitchers. Coaches will be responsible for maintaining health and workload of their pitchers. We encourage all teams to follow the USA Pitch Smart guidelines. The tournament director reserves the right to step in during any event to ensure player safety.
Tiebreaker Rules:
2-way Tie:
1. Head-to-head
2. Runs allowed
3. Run differential
4. Runs scored
3-way Tie:
1. In a 3-way tie where 1 team has beaten the other 2, that team will advance. ALL OTHER 3-WAY TIE SCENARIOS: Automatically move to runs allowed as the first tiebreaker. 2. Run differential. 3. Runs scored
Ejections
Any coach, player, or patron that is ejected from a game must leave the field for the duration of the game. Player/patron ejections will not automatically result in a coach ejection. Any instance of an ejection will be handled individually, and the tournament director reserves the right to make any decisions in regard to the remainder of the event.
