Franklin Ranch Community Park plays host. This event has a four (4) game guarantee and is for ages 16U-17U (2026 and 2027 Recruiting Classes). Full social media coverage provided with over 2,000 scouts and colleges following Five Tool channels online. This is a metal bat event.

NO SPIKES or SEEDS on the field, in the dugouts or in the stands (for any turf field). Immediate ejections for players, coaches, and fans. Molds, turfs, or tennis shoes are fine.
Note: Always follow the online version for updated schedules (NOT A SCREENSHOT).
RULES:
Game times will be 2:00 finish the inning.
Five Tool will provide 2 new balls per game. Have some extra throw ins.
Teams may bat 9 or 10 only. Both EH's & DH's are allowed.

Each field will have a site director that can assist you with any questions.

All pool and consolation games may end in a tie. No extra innings.
Bracket games will go to bases loaded, one out for the inning after time expires or the 8th inning, including the Championship Game.
Run rules are at 8 after 5.
Catchers MUST wear hockey style masks. No skull caps.
One way pitch calling technology is allowed.
NFHS rules in place otherwise.
Coin flip for home/away in pool and consolation games.

Tie-Breakers
- 1. Head to head – If 3 teams are tied Head to Head is thrown out unless 1 team has defeated both of the other teams that are tied in the pool
- 2. Runs allowed
- 3. Runs differential (max at 8 per game)
- 4. Runs scored
- 5. Coin toss
Any coach ejections will result in a one game suspension!
ROSTERS ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY! - Remind the players that they need to log in and update as much information as they can. They need to update academic info as well. College coaches are looking!
Please login to your account and click on the players tab to edit your roster for the event.
Always clean your dugouts/bullpens after every game. If there is an issue from the previous game, find the Five Tool staff member on site before your game starts.
Please reach out if you have any questions, and remember, seeds and spikes are an immediate ejection if they are in your possession at a turf field (stands/field/dugouts).
Parking will be $10 dollars per car/per day

We are excited to announce that Pellucid Travel as our Official Housing Partner! Pellucid Travel will ensure that you have the best tournament approved hotel options in the area.
This is a stay-to-play event for all teams originating from more than 75 miles away from the event venue. To meet our the requirements for our stay-to-play policy, your team must book at least seven (7) rooms per night for the event duration through Pellucid Travel's booking links.
Teams choosing not to comply with the housing policy have two options:
Pay an opt-out fee of $400 per team per event
Or contact Pellucid Travel to submit an exemption request. All requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
