Venue Info:
Players should have turfs/molds with them at all fields as many fields do not allow metal spikes!
No sunflower seeds or gum at any venue! Most venues are turf and have a strict no seeds policy on & around the playing field. Players & coaches will be ejected if seeds are eaten.
Mills HS - artificial turf. No metal spikes are allowed. No sunflower seeds or gum allowed! No tobacco. This school has strict policies regarding usage of other fields for warming up. Cars parked illegally will be ticketed. Teams will be limited to warming up on the concrete surrounding the field, and/or the batting cages down the left field line will be open for use.

Home team is decided by coin flip. In bracket play & championship games the highest seed is home.
Game times are 2 hours or 7 innings with no new inning starting after 2 hours.
4 balls will be provided at the beginning of each game. Both teams are responsible for providing NFHS regulation baseballs from there.
EH & DH are allowed.
Pitch counts and innings pitched are at the coach's discretion. We will not be enforcing any pitching limitations. Please be responsible.
Ties: All pool play & consolation games can end in a tie after 7 complete innings or a 2-hour time limit.
Run Rules are 15 after 3, 12 after 4, and 10 after 5.
High School Federation Rules will apply.
Forfeits: Forfeits during tournament play (including consolation games) will result in a fine or suspension from future events.
Tie Breakers (only applied in bracket play or championship games): In the event that a game is tied after 7 complete or the 2-hour time limit, we will load the bases with 1 out.
Championship games: Run rules will apply. The high seed is the home team.
Division Formats:
15/16U - Teams will play 2 pool-play games. The top two seeds from Pool A & B will advance to a 4-team championship bracket. All other teams will play a consolation matchup.
17U/18U - Teams will play 2 pool-play games. The Pool A, B, C & D winners will play in a championship bracket. All other teams will play a consolation matchup.
Seeding Tie Breakers:
Head to Head – If 3 teams are tied, head to head is thrown out unless 1 team has defeated both of the other teams that they are tied with.
