Because we had a team drop late and we were unable to get another team to fill the spot, we are at an uneven number of teams.
The 3 pools that have 5 teams in them will have their top 2 finishers automatically fill 6 of the top 10 overall seeds. This is to even game counts as much as possible.
The remaining top 4 overall seeds will be filled by the top 4 overall finishers from the pools of 4.
They will be seeded based off W/L, Runs Allowed, Run Differential, Runs Scored, and then coin flip, in that order.
