Pitcher Only – We encourage you to attend during this portion of the event for the 60 yard dash & Athletic Performance, but it is not required. PO LATE CHECK IN @ 11:00
- 9:45 – 10:15 – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
- 10:15 – 11:45 – Testing Groups/Instruction (60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance)
- 11:45 – 1:00 – Pitcher Bullpens (Position Players break until 2:00)
- 1:00 – 1:30 – LUNCH BREAK
- 1:30 – 5:00 – Live BP & Exit Velos
