Event Highlights

Showcase + Gameplay Format
Each team will participate in a full day of competitive, showcase-style action, including

• Defensive evaluations (Infield/Outfield In & Out)

• Two 6-inning games in front of college coaches and pro scouts

• College coaches will be on the field with players, giving them a chance to interact and evaluate in real time

 Social Media Exposure:

• Full event coverage and player highlights featured on @FiveToolTexas

• Shared across platforms followed by college baseball programs

Game day double header format:

10 Minutes prior to the start of the first game of your double header teams will run the 60. College coaches will collect times.

• Pre-Game In and Out : Each team's coach will have a 10-minute "in and out" session before the first game of the doubleheader.
• Baseballs Provided : Three baseballs will be supplied at the start of the first game. Teams must provide additional throw-in balls if needed.
• Game Style : This is a camp-style fall game with all scoreboards turned off. College coaches and pro scouts will be on the field coaching and teaching during gameplay.
• Coaching & Input : Coaches and scouts may pause the game at any time to teach or provide feedback. This is a valuable opportunity for direct input.
• Time & Innings : Games are limited to 1 hour and 50 minutes or 6 innings. If time permits, teams may play a 7th inning, provided both teams have available pitchers.
• Arm Care & Pitching : To protect arms, pitchers are limited to no more than 30 pitches per inning, with a maximum of 5 hitters per inning. Inning rolls over to prevent overuse.
