ITINERARY:

• 10:00 – 10:45  – Player Check In 

Pitcher Only – We encourage you to attend during this portion of the event for the 60 yard dash & Athletic Performance, but it is not required.  PO LATE CHECK IN @ 12:00 NOON

• 10:45 – 11:15 – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
• 11:15 – 12:45 – Testing Groups/Instruction (60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance)
• 12:45 – 2:00 – Pitcher Bullpens (Position Players break until 2:00)
• 2:00 – 2:30 – LUNCH BREAK
• 2:30 – 5:00 – Live BP & Exit Velos
