• 8:15am – 9:00am  – Player Check In (Position Players)
• 9:00am – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
•  Athletic Testing
•  Hitting Stations
•  Defensive and Athletic Testing Rotations
• 1:30pm  – Player Check In (Pitcher Only)
• 2:30 – End  – Bullpens
