This is a 4-game event; tournament format with championship and consolation brackets. Game Balls will be provided. Teams should be prepared to play at 8am on Friday, June 5.

Game times - 15/16u: No new inning after 1:45 or 7 innings. 17/18u: No new inning after 2:00 or 7 innings.
Pool play games can end in a tie after 7 innings or after the time limit. Bracket & consolation games will have a time limit with the exception of the championship game.
Consolation - Games can end in a tie after 7 innings or the time limit is reached.
Championship - Bracket - Game can go to extra innings if time limit is not reached. Once time limit is reached, last batted out will be placed on 2nd base and the inning will be played out until there is a winner. Inning will start with no count and 0 outs.
Games are official after 4 innings played.
Run Rules - 12 runs after 3, 10 runs after 4, 8 runs after 5.
Lineups
DH and/or EH is permitted. Teams may also roster bat. Teams that roster bat will not be charged with an out in the event of a player injury. High school federation rules will apply. Free defensive substitutions if roster batting.
Balks
High School federation rules will apply.
Courtesy Runner
Courtesy runner for pitcher & catcher is allowed. If team is roster batting, courtesy will be last batted out. If not roster batting, teams must use a substitute.
Bats
-3 BBCOR or wood bats are permitted.
Pitching Rules
There are no innings or pitch count limits for pitchers. Coaches will be responsible for maintaining health and workload of their pitchers. We encourage all teams to follow the USA Pitch Smart guidelines. The tournament director reserves the right to step in during any event to ensure player safety.
Tiebreaker Rules:
2-way Tie:
1. Head-to-head
2. Runs allowed
3. Run differential
4. Runs scored
3-way Tie:
1. In a 3-way tie where all 3 teams have played each other and 1 team has beaten the other 2, that team will advance. ALL OTHER 3-WAY TIE SCENARIOS: Automatically move to runs allowed as the tiebreaker. 2. Run differential. 3. Runs scored.
Ejections
All ejections are at the umpires' discretion. The Head Coach shall be ultimately responsible and accountable for the conduct of his players, assistant coaches and fans. If an assistant coach, player or fan is ejected from a 2nd game, the Head Coach will be ejected as well for the remainder of the tournament.
NO WARNINGS will be given to coaches, players, or fans for unsportsmanlike or unruly behavior.
Upon ejection, the coach, player, or fan must completely leave the premises. If a coach, fan or player refuses to cooperate with umpires or the site director, play will be stopped and could result in a team forfeit.
Any coach, player, or fan ejected from more than one game will not be permitted on the premises for the rest of the tournament.
