• 8:30am – 9:15AM  – Player Check In (Position Players)
• 9:20 – 9:40AM – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
• 9:45 -- 10:20AM – Athletic Testing
• 10:25 – 11:25AM – Hitting Stations
• 11:30 – 12:30PM – Defensive Rotations
• 11:55– 12:25PM  – Player Check In (Pitcher Only)
• 12:35 – 1:05PM  – Defensive Camp
• 1:15 – End  – Bullpens
