Pitcher Only – We encourage you to attend during this portion of the event for the 60 yard dash & Athletic Performance, but it is not required. PO LATE CHECK IN @ 9:30
- 8:45 – 9:15 – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
- 9:15 – 10:45 – Testing Groups/Instruction (60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance)
- 10:45 – 12:00 – Pitcher Bullpens (Position Players break until 12:00)
- 12:00 – 12:30 – LUNCH BREAK
- 12:30 – Live BP & Exit Velos
