Venue Info:
Metal spikes are NOT allowed at most venues. There will be no exceptions. Players with metal spikes will not be permitted to play.

Canada College - Dirt home & mound, artificial turf playing surface. Metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed. Warm-up space is limited - they do not allow use of the batting cages. They may restrict access to the soccer field adjacent to the baseball field. No metal spikes allowed on the soccer field at all.
Chabot College - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises. A parking permit is required Thursday-Saturday. They can be purchased at a kiosk in the parking lot for $2 or through a phone app. The normal parking lot (J lot) is closed due to construction. Park in A or B lot and walk through campus by the big iron gates.
Fremont HS - Dirt home & mound, artificial turf playing surface. Metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum in the complex. No dogs allowed. Park in the main lot by entering the second gate (you should see a dirt softball field). Do not park using the left entrance (by the pre-school) or by the elementrary school on the right. Once parked in the main lot you will see a paved ramp which you can walk up. This leads to the baseball field and will take you directly behind home-plate.
Menlo College - Natural surface. Metal spikes allowed.
Mills HS - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. Warm-up space is limited - they do not allow use of the batting cages or football field to warm up. Follow all parking regulations - illegally parked vehicles will be ticketed or towed.
Valley Christian Dublin HS - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises.
Yerba Buena HS - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises.

Home team is decided by coin flip. In bracket play & championship games the highest seed is home.
Game times are 2 hours or 7 innings with no new inning starting after 2 hours.
4 balls will be provided at the beginning of each game. Both teams are responsible for providing NFHS regulation baseballs from there.
EH & DH are allowed.
Pitch counts and innings pitched are at the coach's discretion. We will not be enforcing any pitching limitations. Please be responsible.
Ties: All pool play & consolation games can end in a tie after 7 complete innings or a 2-hour time limit.
Run Rules are 12 after 4, and 8 after 5.
High School Federation Rules apply.
Forfeits: Forfeits during tournament play (including consolation games) will result in a suspension from future events.
Tie Breakers (only applied in bracket play or championship games): In the event that a game is tied after 7 complete or the 2-hour time limit, we will load the bases with 1 out.
Championship games: Run rules will apply. The high seed is the home team.
Division Formats:
15U - Team will play 3 pool games. The top two seeds from Pool A & B will advance to a 4-team championship bracket. All other teams will play a consolation matchup on Sunday.
16U - Teams will play 4 pool games. The top seed from Pool A & B will play a championship game on Sunday afternoon.
Upperclass - Teams will play 4 pool games. The top seed from Pool A & B will play a championship game on Sunday afternoon.

Head to Head – If 3 teams are tied, head to head is thrown out unless 1 team has defeated both of the other teams that they are tied with.
