Venue Info:
Metal spikes are NOT allowed at any venue.
No sunflower seeds or gum allowed at any venue. Players and/or coaches will be ejected if seeds are eaten on the fields.
No alcohol allowed at any venue (including parking areas).
Only service animals are allowed at venues. Dogs are not permitted at fields!
Brave Christian School (formerly Valley Christian Dublin) - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises. Park by the dirt softball field in the center of campus. Do NOT park at the pre-school (left side of campus).
Chabot College - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises. A parking permit is required Thursday-Saturday. They can be purchased at a kiosk in the parking lot for $2 or through a phone app.
Yerba Buena HS - Artificial turf. No metal spikes allowed. No seeds or gum. No dogs allowed on school premises. The field is located at the very back of campus so be prepared for a long walk.
Tournament Info:
3 games guaranteed
Home team is decided by coin flip. In bracket play & championship games the highest seed is home.
Game times are 2 hours or 7 innings with no new inning starting after 2 hours.
4 balls will be provided at the beginning of each game. Both teams are responsible for providing NFHS regulation baseballs from there.
EH & DH are allowed. For this event, you can bat as many as you want.
Pitch counts and innings pitched are at the coach's discretion. We will not be enforcing any pitching limitations. Please be responsible.
Ties: All pool play & consolation games can end in a tie after 7 complete innings or a 2-hour time limit.
Run Rules are 12 after 4, and 8 after 5.
High School Federation Rules apply.
Forfeits: Forfeits during tournament play (including consolation games) will result in a suspension from future events.
Tie Breakers (only applied in bracket play or championship games): In the event that a game is tied after 7 complete or the 2-hour time limit, we will load the bases with 1 out.
Championship games: Run rules will apply. The high seed is the home team.
Division Formats:
14U - Team will play 2 pool games and be seeded. The top two seeds of Pool A & B will advance to a 4-team championship bracket. All other teams will play a consolation matchup on Sunday.
Seeding Tie Breakers:
Head to Head – If 3 teams are tied, head to head is thrown out unless 1 team has defeated both of the other teams that they are tied with.
