We are excited to announce that Pellucid Travel as our Official Housing Partner! Pellucid Travel will ensure that you have the best tournament approved hotel options in the area. 

This is a stay-to-play event for all teams originating from more than 75 miles away from the event venue. To meet our the requirements for our stay-to-play policy, your team must book at least seven (7) rooms per night for the event duration through Pellucid Travel's booking links. 

Teams choosing not to comply with the housing policy have two options:

• Pay an opt-out fee of $400 per team per event

• Or contact Pellucid Travel to submit an exemption request. All requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
